    sms min will be responsible for putting up over 1/2 those costs being a 53% holder. the rest of us will have to find $2.35 mil. divided by 3 bil shares equates to .000783333 cents pet share owned by each of us eg a parcel of 1mil shares... cough up $783.33. not to dire. some one check my figures to see if division and multiplication are correct.. ..it is after 6pm on a Friday.
