Like you, I think MIN know more than we have been told.
I will continue to hold with crossed fingers, and toes
I think this will be huge, but it could also be dust.
It has happened before.
Worth the risk to me and the leverage in NWE is huge.

After the two-week extension I expect everything to settle down and MIN will be happy to have control.
They don't gain a lot by continuing to go after the remaining shares and I am certain they have people reading these forums telling them 90% will take a significantly improved offer.
If they improve the offer, everyone who accepted the offer previously gets the same price so would be a bit costly.
All target securityholders who have already accepted the bid are entitled to receive any increase.

If MIN were going to increase the consideration they would have done so already and made the whole process a lot smoother and also not put so many shareholders offside.
