I only own 250,000 (@ 0.004) and have for some time, believing in their ground and strong likely hood of success. Now I believe MR needs to get to 90% before they can compulsorily get our shares. Advice on this would be welcome from any forum/holders with knowledge. I just would like some drilling to start, and then see where the share price rests. It is unfortunate how CE & MR took the easy cheap TO route. The longer they keep it open, the more misinformed holders will sell into. It is unbelievable that the NWE board has recommended holders accept - what absolute crap advice. I get annoyed at bullies and MR are masters of the game. They are also bullies because they tie their TO to the holders having to receive their value, which is based on a possibly overvalued MIN price. A minimum that I believe NWE are worth ATM is in the range of 10c to 18c per share. For a TO to succeed, the suiter only needs to offer fair value in CASH. Go NWE Shareholders!
