MIN can apply to compulsory apply NWE at 90%.
There is basically nothing the remaining shareholders can do but argue about the consideration they receive.
MIN getting to 90% does not appear realistic at this stage from the posts on HC alone.
HC holdouts have over 10% of the SOI, if people have been honest about their holdings.
They all seem to be waiting for drilling/3D.
Drilling is imminent.
From V10, 3D would seem to be Q1 2014.
MIN have control now and I strongly doubt the offer will be extended again due to the strong negative feedback on the takeover offer and CE comments.
I will be looking to buy on any decent dips but with drilling starting soon I doubt that will happen.
