Remaining Norwest minority shareholders who do not accept the Revised Offer will have exposure to multiple risks,
including development and funding risks for the Lockyer project and the potential reduction in the price and liquidity of
their Norwest shares.

Ha ha ha we where always minority share holders, it is still NWE just min own a majority. so not a real big change. just means what ever is decided mIN has to pay a bigger share of the costs.
