And the longer the delays, the more funds NWE burns on admin and legal fees to initially avoid a TO, but to now embrace CE's advances.
IMHO, I think it won't be long before NWE announces a pro-rata rights issue with MIN as the underwriter. I understand this is one of the allowed exceptions under TO rules.
I am not a NWE or MIN shareholder, but I just don't like the way this game's being played.
