I believe that any acceptances until the 16th (closing date) will be minimal.
There is no reason for anyone who is still holding to accept until then.
Even then, I do not think there will be a flood of acceptances as most people have already decided to hold for the drilling/3D.
Those that would accept have.
Those that don't want MIN for whatever reason, I believe will continue to hold.
I don't see 80% happening.

If anyone is undecided, by waiting they can get any news on drilling updates etc and also see where the MIN price is.
They have already missed out on the dividend, so even less of a reason to accept.
From the release, MIN have clearly received the message from HC that the price is inadequate.

As an interesting aside. The people who have accepted and are eligible for the MIN dividend will not get the franking credits as they have not held for 45 days unless they are eligible for a small shareholder exemption.

Holding and buying on a light drop.
