I don't see 80% happening.

If anyone is undecided, by waiting they can get any news on drilling updates etc and also see where the MIN price is.
They have already missed out on the dividend, so even less of a reason to accept.
From the release, MIN have clearly received the message from HC that the price is inadequate.

As an interesting aside. The people who have accepted and are eligible for the MIN dividend will not get the franking credits as they have not held for 45 days unless they are eligible for a small shareholder exemption.

I agree, no reason or incentive to accept, I imagine there are people employed at min watching HC posts very carefully!! The offer is over
