I feel the same way. Have taken the MIN offer so still eligible for a better offer, but I don't think that will happen. MIN is very successful, so happy enough to have MIN for a while and see how it goes. Still keen to have some involvement in Lockyer etc.
Not sure how you can avoid CGT ??? by selling on market ?
