    barney, of course NWE board were fully aware of the tax implications and were also of the belief that we'd all rollover to the takeover (their thoughts... due to poor representation at meetings etc) and with that in mind thought that the 80% would be breached thus dodging capital gain tax.. but looking very unlikely.. Holding.
