    Their aim as stated was to delist NWE. For MIN to produce and supply gas to their own operations under the JV arrangement would be a nuisance factor/complication sorted with a cheap takeover.
    As we all know, MIN want to flow cheap gas without paying market rates for the portion they don't own.
