Please explain the logic behind your statement.

So a 70% shareholder in NWE who also controls the board will announce to raise capital and then refuse to take part in it? Any examples/precedents in ASX history that you would like to mention please?

We don’t need a lot of money. I have always believed the upcoming 2 successful drills are enough to determine close to a true NWE value unless we plan to produce which is an unlikely scenario since MIN bullied the 70% into selling to them.
