    very desperate. dividend wont cover CGT.
    Never seen a company advertise so much and so hard for a takeover.
    CE had already pointed out about the dividend several times.
    Dividend if you had 10 mil NWE shares convert to MIN 7692 dividend received/earnt $9230. woop woop . for a $700,000 investment!!
