No, it is not a unique opportunity to join the MinRes family. Anybody can buy MinRes shares.
The trading price and liquidity of Norwest’s Shares may fall if the Offer is unsuccessful.
They may rise if a rival bid is made. I'd bet on a rival bid coming in soon. They may also rise if planned drilling is a success.
