    Spot on. Not really an issue if there are no other offers - ideally would be great, but not the end of the world. Issue is MIN don't get over 90% of NWE thus NWE stays and we get to stay on the ride to that growth in share price that everyone believes is still to come. I'm not selling at the floating 6c, that's for sure.
