Long, long term holder so pretty happy but offer price is obviously too low and just a starting bid.
From memory, in a takeover there can be different tax outcomes to consider.
-- Cash = pay tax on the profit.
-- Share swap = no tax to pay and the MIN shares cost base is the cost of the NWE shares.
Can someone please verify this.
