What is the likely timeframe for the t/o bid to be formally refused (hopefully) and subsequent counter bids to be lodged?
The sooner we get the bit in the ground and outcomes established, then I guess MIN bid will just have to be revised.
Its a bit puzzling to me at least, why they have left it so late to make this lowball bid.
