    I think some are getting muddled up by MIN's offer. $0.06 is the "implied" value, the offer is 1 x MIN share for every 1367 NWE shares.
    The board would have rocks in their head to recommend this low ball offer. If NWE was just pie in the sky gas explorer would you think MIN would be so interested to lock in 19.9% holding of NWE?

    For the umpteenth time........... MIN is not your friend!
