Sometimes, I can overthink things but I'm really baffled why MIN has decided to make T/O now with what we know about LD-1 and the planned upcoming 2 drills for early 2023 and 2 more by the end of the year.
Despite no rig announcements I assume these will still go ahead despite this low ball T/O bid
MIN clearly wants to get LD-1 to production and that is the dominant objective here so IMO makes the T/O bid a distraction
Both MIN & NWE want success and any success will reflect more on the NWE SP than MIN'S and will highlight that the current bid is nonsense
Can't be critical of CE but we all make misteaks
