    I believe the general consensus is we'll use the 970. Its proven itself at these depths.
    Hard to say where it is, someone else may have visibility, but certainly nothing in the news about it.
    I believe it left Maverick in early October, so there's been PLENTY of time for any servicing/refit. As far as it being stuck in inclement weather, I doubt it. Any drilling company worth their salt know that this is wet weather season and if it were due to be contracted in the basin it would've been moved out of that zone.
    On a side note; the 970 was contacted to Tamboram BEFORE received regulatory approval...so I don't see what the hold-up is in MIN announcing that we have the rig contacted.
    Every day that passes with no rig announcement, bothers me.
    My question is, give me one good reason why CE would offer 6c if he was going to drill a month later in what is expected to yield positive results.
    Anyway, I'm holding out hope that this is just an anomaly, and we get a rig anna in the coming week.
