I can’t see a competing offer from anyone else. Offers a good opportunity to sell if you are a short term holder and wait for a drop in MIN to a better price to buy their shares. Long term I think there is going to be a move where all the underpriced energy companies are taken over by the larger ones with good cash flow or private equity because the banks are pandering so much to the ‘green agenda’ and making debt harder to obtain.
