This seems like such a qank.

The danger is that it is very hard to determine how "real" any of these intentions are (they are non binding). So could it be that with some smoke and mirrors all of a sudden they say oh we have enough that intend to fold to get us over the 80% mark so go ahead and fold and you will be assured of the rollover relief.

My view is those that folded have folded and those holding out are not holding out for the rollover relief. They're holding out because they know we've been sold out with lots of money left on the table. They're holding because they know the only way we will get paid is when the drills and seismic do the talking and tell Chris and co to tell their story walking.
