This has been my view for some time and is supported by the lack of notices from MIN re shareholding.
It seems the acceptances for their offer has basically stopped.
Those of us still holding are waiting for the drilling and 3D with a significant rerating of the share price.
Looking forward to details on the trading halt.
Personally, I would prefer to keep NWE and get nice divies for the rest of my life

Nothing wrong with the Acceptance Facility - they told us about it in the last extension so no surprises here.
A bit of a trap though with it being an Intention, then when 80% you can't withdraw.
Just more paper to start the fire with at the end of the day.
