Posters have alluded to the fact that the acceptance facility is under no obligation UNLESS the 80% is met and this occurs 2 days prior to the close of the offer (Roll over requirement). I too didnt read the doc as it found its way to the bin to fast but went on line to confirm.
OMG they are right, this to me indicates that you are obliged and it will be an automatic acceptance of the offer when those 2 criteria are met.
Never seen this before and it seems very deceptive/misleading to me
holding for the drilling and very excited about the possibility of an intersection fo gas way higher than expected
