This is from Allens web site....the note below relates to how to get to 90%...it talks of the "acceptance facility" as being something targeted to institutional holders...these guys have decided to use it on mums and dads. It also says the bidder has broad discretion as to what trigger event applies - but there are limits. Is targeting mum and dad investors with this potentially deceptive tripe exceeding the limit set by statute?
