Yes, will be interesting to see his counter offer, if one. I see he has 3 business days in which to counter, under his own very tight contract... I do like bones accountancy analysis (thank you), but I guess in the last analysis any property is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. ..
AGO should be worth more than the sum of its parts but that seems (to me atm) unlikely to be achieved on currrent performance. .. I can’t help wondering, like others, if there has been/will be collaboration between the players. Will we see a 3 way sharing of AGO’s parts (the spoils of war) with whomever is successful? .. Or do we have a 4th player, as has been speculated.. ... Fingers Xed for that. (disclosure: I bought back up to my old total just before the 4.2c offer, so thank you Gina. I also liked the respect expressed to shareholders in that offer). Good luck everyone.
