    You are forgetting one vital thing in suggesting cash is better than scrip. With cash you are out, that simple, no chance of ever getting any more profit from the company or its multitude of assets (most unrealised ATM), but with scrip, you can keep the holding as long as you like, to recoup any loss you might sustain with a cash buyout. For example, if you had bought in at 0.045, and the cash buy is 0.042, you lose that difference (and maybe have to take a gamble on another stock to win that back), whereas with a scrip offer, you have entry into a controlling entity (e.g. MIN - not that I am supporting that offer) which, when the dust has settled, could go up substantially.

    Tell me if I am wrong in this please punters.
