Yes the floods would be part of it, but the main thing that sticks out to me is that it's a rig sharing agreement for 6-9 wells back to back with STX. That's a hell of a lot of forward planning, pre-purchasing and logistical coordination to get right. There's cost efficiencies but still a lot of work. Also the start date for the first well will be contingent on at least two well's worth of kit being on site, plus the de-sander unit. Approvals teams will have a fire lit under themselves now.
