Yes they have, by rejecting the bid, the BOD says that NWE is worth more than MIN's implied value of 6 cents The whole issue here is that the real worth of NWE is dependent upon the forthcoming 3 D & 4 drills So how can the BOD provide an alternative valuation? I'm happy to assist what do you say to a dolla fiddy? I'm holding on - I want more cash not MIN shares
