They waited until all their mates got onto the share register (including gina) and then launched this. And for those that think they're not mates, you've got rocks in your heads. The amount of business they do together is staggering, and you don't get to do this much business together if you're not friendly.
Dont be surprised if min is just softening us up only for gina to come in and mop up the dribs and drabs and then hit us with the sucker punch.
They have done their homework and they know after the next round of drilling, this will skyrocket. They wont be able to get it cheaply any more.
SH can still use their vote and tell them to ggf. I and others, have posted before on how much this could be worth. People not reading the threads?? Like
@tui im in the top 40 (post 2021) because i knew how big this is and Ive been saying it all along. Listening to people saying ill be happy north of 10 is pretty gut wrenching for me.
- LD alone, for NWE could take us well north of 30c.
- The truth is, we still dont know how full the LD structure is. The GWC they have "postulated" is an EXTRAPOLATION... and may not apply here. There is a possibility the whole structure could be full. Thats 5TCF IN PLACE (160 km2 @ 100bcf/3km2 = 4.8 TCF)
- There is a 100m oil column in the Dongara/Wagina.
- We are fully funded for the seismic, LKR2, LKR3, NED1 and LKR4
- there are more leads (Lead E, D, A/B) - the journey has only just begun...why give it away?
We have worn most of the risk, the upside is the thing that remains, why give it away now? but it takes patience.
I find many comments on these threads that big talk takeover pretty silly. These f#$%ers are trying to dupe you out of your hard earned position. Its just like saying someones offered me $200K for the house Ive just started building, which will cost me another 50k (i have the money) to finish and I can sell for over $1M when ive finished... oh and how smart are these guys making this offer and yes i will bend over TIUTA and let them take the house for $200 together with my $50K and let them sell it for $1M???.
And dont think you will see the same leverage for upside with min shares...Look at what min are doing, they will be able to "absorb" any upside here into their billion dollar depreciation and amortisation schedules and it might end up giving you one or two cents per min share.
Just because they have 20% and their mates have another 10% does not mean the rest of us have to take it up the ### . Use your vote. Send emails to the board voicing your discontent. They need to know they have our support. And any predator needs to know they're not dealing with a fickle SH base...
