Every takeover offer I’ve ever seen is put together like this.

It’s a standard tactic to confuse some holders into accepting as they think it’s the target entity statement not bidders…especially when they receive it in the post.

Defo got an improved offer to come here, however I fear those holding out for 10c will be disappointed. Maybe another 20% to get us to 7.2c of course depending on the MIN SP whilst it all plays out.

To be honest I’d prefer cash to script.
