Maybe the working capital component is too high a risk for lending for MNB

Maybe Angolan banks have asked them to secure more funds via market CR to minimise risks

I think todays news is a re CR pump and hype like the one just before the last TH

Angolan banks would see this as too high a risk as MNB requires 100% of funding for construction and working capital running costs etc

MNB should have raised funds in 2023 and would have already been producing - even though dilution would have been higher - nothing beats certainty
