This is all well and good but what is needed is for the building blocks to be laid down in the correct order to actually get us to building, commissioning, producing and selling phosphate fertilizer.
Honestly, if I was the ASX I would not allow any announcement that is non-binding to be marked price sensitive.
This stock is starting to remind me of Andromeda Metals. All talk.
