To those sulking about today's announcement being non-binding or insignificant until the phosphate plant is up and running - how do you think companies grow? This is exactly what's needed. Pursuing multiple opportunities concurrently and having options and contingency plans in place for when things don't go as planned. Delays are inevitable, but if they sat around waiting for the phosphate plant to be up and running before pursuing the GA opportunities, then chances are the horse will have bolted by then and they'll have missed out altogether.
