Best how?
The sp has already come up from the 5c-5.5c base to 6.7c. Wait for the first of the three pre-requisites and it could be mid 7's. Wait for the second and it could be 8c. Where will the sp be when all three pre-requisites are in?
If you want to wait, then wait. No one is trying to tell you what to do. Don't try and tell others that they should wait.
