It's been 3 months since the first announcement regarding IDC loan. The longer this drags on, the more undesirable it looks on MNB.
One would think why a project of national, even regional, importance like this, one that has been nameddropped by the President of Angola, in a region that has been receiving billions of dollars in financing and generating attention, has kept facing delays after delays on each and every single key milestone. Something really doesn't sound right. Mr Lindsay being Mr Lindsay, always appears with glossy statements and smiley signature, and promises that he keeps failing to deliver.
When can he be on time, for once?
