The last thing the laughing clown put out is mining would start early 2024
To me early means the start of 2024, no way can they start mining without cash even a capital raising will take months if they can’t get the cash from the Saffers.
The clown in charge in some countries would end up in prison and be heavily fined for misleading investors by making statements that are not honoured.
