    If IDC approved

    How can MNB pay the interest in arrears payments required for 2-3 quarters before construction finalised

    Do the maths - that's basically the entire $6m CR that is in place now if not more - and what about other running costs in 2024


    They cannot afford a $40m loan imo Something else must give imo
