Even if they drew 100% of a $40mill loan on day one (not necessary to do anything like that,
then at 12% interest, that would be $4.8mill interest over one year. They would not need to draw anywhere near $40mill on day 1 so the actual number should be much lower than $4.8mill interest for a year.
