Keeping 85% of the phosphate project with no money to pay for any of it was already a far fetched dream imo
Best the billionaire shareholder foot the bill and take up an equity
At least shareholders can own something rather then being totally reliant on others for capital and loans etc
mnb cannot afford the pressure of $40m loans
Those with money will demand too much
