Absolutely rubbish! & I cannot understand throwing in options at the raise price - WTF!!. - surely if terms of the offer have changed they would have to re-issue the offer.
They have effectively doubled the raise/dilution - why, if they supposedly have had "partnership opportunities" presented?
And zero updates issued from the company ...Smells a bit to me...
