its essentially money for free with almost 0 risk.

i get the company needs funds but are we that desperate?

and not let retail participate...

they need to secure something from the other interested parties to make this a smart move

currently it was terrible mismanagement and taking a huge risk on other investors when we had an oversubscription.

all the while we are apparently desperate for funding?

thank you for posting the email, it allows us retail to have some level playing field to assess the situation at the same time as those with bigger pockets.

the project is still good and I'm not selling but this is a red flag.
