Why would anyone vote for the options to be issued at the EGM?
It makes zero sense to do so (unless they are sophs participating in the raise and motivated by pure self interest. And yes, there'll be a few of those)
The relationship with Jayson also seems to be rapidly deteriorating. They might block the deal out of spite (and to maintain their ownership stake)
