Shanghai Jason keep pulling the rug out from under us at critical times. They are not behaving like a strategic investor but more like a strategic saboteur. The Chinese have infiltrated the company and are trying to take us down from the inside. Since they got a board seat we’ve had sweet and sour horse shit cap raises, timelines constantly pushed back, suspicious resignation of our MD, engineering company contract terminated. We need to get Shanghai off the board before the wheels completely fall off.
