Hopefully the IDC loan is approved and we actually have access to the funds. At least it'll somewhat make up for this crapshoot of a cap raise which should never have degenerated to this point.
in hindsight, we should've just taken the original raise w/ no options attached and moved onto construction while searching for the remaining funding needed (and secure the IDC loan). Negotiations with these potential partners? Could've been done after the initial cap raise, we'd be in a better position to negotiate, that's for sure.
If it gets back up to 10c at some point at all this year, I'll sell a small parcel which I was intending to sell at a higher price which sadly won't happen as of this year.
