Actually, further funding could be secured within the next few of months, construction is likely to start within that timeframe and while I wouldn't call it a probability, there is certainly a possibility that some sort of JV deal is done on the GA to accelerate its development.
In addition to that, since when does a stock only rise after production begins?
A4N has built a pilot plant but has been waiting on offtakes for its commercial sized plant to faciltate funding ahead of a two year construction period since around 2020. So for all of the last four years, they have been at least 2.5-3 years from commercial scale production and any significant profit. Has the sp waited even for financing or construction to begin? No.The mc is now just under $1billion.
I'm not saying MNB should or will follow a similar pattern but it is incorrect to expect that a stock won't rise because it is one year from production.
