We still haven’t seen the completed P4 study, when they commissioned the study (Sept 5) they said:

“The Study is expected to take 10 weeks, with outputs expected to form part of a joint venture with interested commercial parties”

I’m thinking when we see the study it will be accompanied by some sort of MOU for (or) the formation of a JV possibly even containing a finance element. We know the study was completed before Dec 15 (as announced) probably well before then, so they’ve had a fair bit of time to dissect the study.

I also expect to see some announcements regarding offtakes fairly soon, either from Biocom or the S African customer(s). A few posters were kind enough to post the details of phone conversations they’d had with the company. As it turned out, these were all very accurate & correlated to recent announcements. One comment in particular from @Ijisakura I found interesting.

“Had a breakthrough in talks with a buyer that wants to buy in bulk. which wasn't in their expectations, so they have been figuring out how the logistics will work with transport since the port they will be using for when production starts is a shallow water port. so it's a large part of what they've been working on.”

We know Carrinho want their offtake delivered to Lobito in bulk (via ship), however I’m wondering if the above is in reference to a different potential offtake. Biocom is also situated well South of our plant & would require shipping and obviously anything to S Africa would also need to go by sea. IMO the 2nd offtake will be an enabler, it will lead to finance thus securing the future of our Phosphate project. Any P4 JVs will be a bonus as will any JVs in the Green Ammonia space.
