You have a funny definition of delivered nothing. The plant hasn't been assembled yet but the plant components are paid for and are on site and plenty has been done since 2021. From last year's December presentation.

On the phosphate;





DFS delivered a very good outcome.
That has now been upgraded strongly since the Carrinho agreement was delivered;



Plus they delivered the technical report on the green ammonia with a project competitive with fossil fuel sourced hydrogen.


Share price volatility due to the delays, yes - but there have been plenty of milestones and achievements since 2021 which is why the sp has essentially held its ground while others have collapsed 70-90% from recent (in some cases extreme valuation) peaks.
