kingrose - you originally stated you were a participant in CR - therefore you statement of confirmation would be correct - you would have no reason to mislead others etc
So therefore one can assume if they are the CR terms heads 7c with attaching option 7c - they have no better offers on the table
Only raising $6m seems like its was the most they could achieve - they don't receive the options money until exercising etc
IMO - MGT would not agree to those terms at over 20% below market with an option if they had better deals or offers on the table
Still need $40m plus for construction and running costs and interest costs etc
Deal with GA or Equity deal for phosphate project - reduction from 85% ??????
