So in summary, the “syndicate” led by Mr Liang Feng (Chairman of Worlds biggest anode maker) and the Chairman of CATL (the Worlds largest EV Battery maker) have tested our Phosphate Rock and deemed it suitable for P4.
The syndicate & Minbos has engaged a tier 1 EC&M company to do a 10 week study (that is quick) with the aim to form a JV.
These gentlemen have previously invested $15m in us, have a Strategic Agreement with us that amongst other things has a 100ktpa offtake agreement.
A JV with companies like the above would be “Company Making” - read again who they are & let that sink in.
